WE GROW

Founded in 2004 in Rome by Engineer Giuseppe Bellantoni, ISS International SpA - Integrated Services Solution immediately distinguishes itself within both Energy and Oil & Gas sectors for the wide range of integrated solutions, highly specialized in the support of technical areas, management and operations of companies around the world, in various commodity sectors.

In a brief period, the Company emerged as the ideal partner in productivity increase and workplace improvement. Leveraging on the core values of integrity, responsibility, understanding and respect, with a view to defining new qualitative and behavioral standards.

Due to this ambition, the Company reached a significant milestone in terms of growth and capital that in 2011 lead to a move from a Limited Company to Joint-stock Company, with an active turnover of 60 million Euros.

In recent years, the Group has pursued a policy of consolidation that has determined a further evolution of business investment and expansion initiatives, through major acquisitions, such as the engineering services Company 2PIGRECO E in 2013. Currently, the Group consists of four companies, each specializing in a specific sector, in order to ensure to all customers the strength and flexibility of an integrated system of qualified skills.

WE INTERNATIONALIZE

Capital growth compliments a strong and continued international expansion. From 2007 to 2009, ISS International establishes its first branch abroad, in the United Arab Emirates with headquarters in Abu Dhabi. In 2010 followed Qatar and in 2012-2013, Nigeria, Algeria, Kazakhstan and Mozambique. A total of 7 offices throughout the world. Thanks to the dynamism, flexibility, enthusiasm and skills of the team, the company also realized important partnerships in all major GCC countries.

Between 2015 and 2016, ISS International extends into Congo and Egypt, and further strengthens its customer portfolio, accrediting itself as a specialized provider to several international companies, such as Lukoil, ADCO, GNPC, Petrofac, ALSA, Tecnimont, Sonatrach, Qatargas, KNPC, European Union and United Nations.

The Group headquarters is in Rome, where the Training Center is also located, dedicated to the training and formation of professionals within the sector destined for international markets.

WE INVEST

The year following its founding, the Research & Development team worked to develop and bring onto the market original innovative products: TMS (Training Management System), TMSCOM (Turnover Management System for Commissioning), OTS (Operator Training Simulator) and O & MTS (Operation and Maintenance Training Simulator), to which were added two new business lines: PMCs (project Management Consultancy Service) and EPIC (Engineering Procurement Installation & Commissioning), for which the company has acquired important projects and contracts worldwide.

The Company investment also focused on the quality and security sector, by obtaining the ISO 9001 EA34, EA35 and EA37, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 certifications, and patents for TMS, TMSCOM, O & MTS.

As confirmation of their formative capabilities at the international level, ISS International is Region of Lazio accredited, obtaining ministerial approval in terms of research, selection, recruitment and administration of staff: and founded in 2015, the Personnel Division, which carries out Employment Agency activities for Specialist roles and as a Search and Selection Agency.

In addition, the Group retains Achilles FPAL international certification, a leading service provider used by major organizations in the Oil & Gas industry that allows us to identify, evaluate and pre-qualify suppliers in order to minimize supply chain risk.

Through targeted cost control, protection and safety in the work environment and the constant focus on medium / long-term programming, ISS International continues to this day in its consolidation process of the geographical areas in which it operates, thanks to the commitment and determination of women and men from around the world that form the winning team of this great reality.
