ISS International SpA offers its consulting service based on the fundamental principles of Total Quality Management (TQM) and its fundamental analytical tools (SixSigma, FMEA, Risk Analysis, HAZOP, ...) adapted to the continuous improvement of all the management systems based on processes.
In addition, we gradodi verify the application and execute the follow-up of QHSE systems directly at the Client's premises.
This service is usually spread through distinct phases:
• Implementation and certification of safety management system (OHSAS 18001)
• Checking / updating / completion of document systems and assessment of consistency with the ISO-14001, ISO-9001 and OHSAS 18001
• Integration and maintenance of management systems
