The Management of ISS International SpA is committed to:

  • fulfill directly or through delegation of authority other business functions, all necessary actions to an effective implementation of this Quality Policy;
  • prepare appropriate actions to ensure that the Quality Policy should be available and explained to staff at all levels;
  • to take appropriate corrective action where and when the conduct of the Company deviate from the established Quality Policy;
  • promote any action that will ensure the involvement of all staff in the change process towards continuous quality improvement, motivating properly with the most appropriate procedure.

In particular, it gives specific responsibility to the Quality Manager for the diffusion of the Quality Policy, through ad-hoc meetings, for the involvement of staff and consultants employed by the Company through the practice of participative leadership.
