OTS - Operator Training Simulator
OTS (Operator Training Symulator – based on Dynamic simulation)
It consists of:
• Basic OTS (Standard Simulation Tools)
• Specific OTS (Tailored Dynamic Simulation Tool)
Basic OTS (Basic Dynamic Training Simulator)
It is a Dynamic Training Simulator to obtain a deeper knowledge of the basic notions of thermodynamics, chemistry, fluid dynamics and of specific equipment or instruments. Each equipment is shown in a single dynamic case:
- Centrifugal pump
- Volumetric pump
- Separator
- Three phase separator
- Exchanger
- Centrifugal compressor
- Turbine
- Reciprocating compressor
- Column
- Air cooler
It is a Dynamic Training Simulator of the whole CONTRACTOR plant unit by unit. Using this module the trainee is able to see and do all the manoeuvres as in the real DCS control room in a risk free environment.
