The Turnover Management System (TMSCOM©) is a useful tool tailored on Client needs and philosophy. "Paper" is the last problem becoming and usually a not easy activities if not managed at the early stage.
it will allow to:

• Manage Construction discipline activities (Ele, Pip, Inst, Mech, Mach)
• Manage Construction punh lists
• Have Construction progress per area
• Have day by day reports
• Manage the transaction between construction and commissioning   activities
• Manage Pre-Commissioning activities based on Construction progress
• Manage punch list outstanding items
• Manage precommissioning and commissioning punch lists		   • Manage Turnover progress and certificates
• Manage mechanical Completion progress, certificates and activities
• Manage reinstatement progress, certificates and activities
• Manage ready for pre-commissioning turnover progress, certificates and   activities
• Manage ready for commissioning turnover progress, certificates and   activities
• Manage performance test turnover progress, certificates and activities
• Manage provisional acceptance turnover progress, certificates and   acceptance
 
 
SITE PHASE
During this phase an integrated organisation will perform the required precom/com activities on site. The activities will be monitored and witnessed by Company as necessary. All activities and reporting should be system based and fulfil the requirements of the respective acceptance criteria.
• Preparation
• Verification of Mechanical Completion
• Precommissioning
• Commissioning & Start-up:
• Develop and Review Specific Operating Instruction
• Conduct and supervise all activities during the Introduction of Feedstock to the Units
• Stabilize the Unit
• Conduct Performance Test
 
 
HOME OFFICE PHASE
During this phase the preparation of "procedures" should take place
covering all required to satisfy the commissioning, startup, shut-down
and operation scope as follows:
• P&ID Comments
• Development of precommissioning and commissioning manuals
• Development of precommissioning and commissioning Quality Manual
- Quality Control Plan
- Quality Control Forms
• Development of Operating Manual
• Development of detailed Step-by- Step operating procedures		   onemanual
