Training Methodology

ISS International Standard Training Methodology is organised considering that training should be applied to several different professional typology and completed with the Skills & Competency Approach.
It is useful to point out that with the terms “Competence” often used in different contexts with several different meanings, we intend the complex system of knowledge and ability, fundamental for the functional carrying out of work activity.
The training process will be developed in the following phases:

1. Analysis of the organizational chart and structure of the Client company, in order to: prepare the Job Descriptions, Identify the Competences required for each professional profile, Interview personnel to evaluate their Competences and to identify their formative needs,
2. Design and plan Training Courses,
3. Development of Training Material,
4. Implementation of training courses.

During and the end of each course an Assessment of Competencies acquired has been carried out to identify and carry out the corrective actions to enact in the event the Competencies previously defined have not been achieved, even if partially.
